So I realised most of you dont know me or my background so let me introduce myself. So sit back it's a long one.
Hi my name is Rebecca or Becca, I am married (23 years) with 3 grown up children and 1 grandson (who i adore), I have been involved with the Early Years sector for over 23 years mainly as an Ofsted Registered Childminder & supporting other Childminders, I worked for a very short period of time in a private nursery.
I have a level 5 Foundation degree in Early Years Practitioner (even have letters after my name EYP but I don't use them), over the years I have gained a massive amount of qualifications around Early years especially in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. So basically I love the feeling I get when working within the Early years Sector and watching children grow and develop in to their own little personalities. I've always wanted to open a safe play space for under 5's where families can interact and also get a bit of me time either alone or with friends while their child can play and learn safely, and this year I finally took the leap and did it.
It took a lot of looking and let downs before I settled on this venue and hopefully with your help and visits it will be a huge success.
Into the future I'll be holding crafting sessions, sensory sessions also music making and themed play days, the play space can also be hire for private play or parties.
